Von Muehlenen remains the only Swiss cheese manufacturer to have ever won both "The Best Swiss Cheese & Supreme Champion Overseas" title at Nantwich.
Competition was stronger than ever this 114th year with overseas entrants growing, and with total record entries of around 3000 cheeses from 24 countries.

The Nantwich International Cheese show was founded in 1897 and is one of the oldest and most traditional cheese events in the world, it's an integral part of the British Cheese calendar held every year in the ancient fields of Nantwich, and welcomes some 30,000 visitors along with 400 trade stands.
Von Muehlenen continues its unprecedented level of achievement at major cheese competitions, showing its continued strength and high quality cheeses; previous Nantwich awards include Supreme Champion overseas in 2006 & 2009. With complimentary successes at the World Cheese Awards in London being awarded World Champion of all Categories in 1992, 2002, 2005 & overall 2nd in 2008, this is another important milestone for Swiss Cheese & von Muehlenen.
